Locația și locația

Frig - în timpul perioadei reci, locatarii nu dau drumul la căldură - proprietarul nu te anunță și în apartament este doar un singur calorifer mic. Tot mobilierul este vechi, uzat, baia utilată sumar, aparatul de cafea nu merge, bucătăria foarte mică, prost utilată. Un apartament neîngrijit !

Locatia mi-a placut foarte mult, este aproape de cladiri istorice, de terase si restaurante. Imi placea sa ies pe balcon sa privesc fluxul diurn iar seara cladirile din preajma luminate care au un farmec aparte. Intrarea in cladirea apartamentului este sigura cu portar permanent. Apertamentul este curat, mobilat si dotat cu grija. Gazda a fost prietenoasa si a raspuns prompt la informatiile cerute. A fost un sejur f placut!

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più di questo appartamento è stata la posizione , in un punto strategico e centralissima sia per girare la città di giorno e sia per la movida notturna

Sicuramente non mi è piaciuta la pulizia, quasi inesistente, soprattutto nel bagno ed anche il mal funzionamento dello scaldabagno , avendo prenotato per 5 persone le ultime due facevano quasi sempre la doccia fredda

Sicuramente non mi è piaciuta la pulizia, quasi inesistente, soprattutto nel bagno ed anche il mal funzionamento dello scaldabagno , avendo prenotato per 5 persone le ultime due facevano quasi sempre la doccia fredda
