De ligging is perfect. Appartement was goed uitgerust met bv strijkplank, afwasmiddel, zout/olie etc, boeken, enz. De lift en mini-balkon.
Het appartement was niet zo schoon, er liepen miertjes door de badkamer, er zaten haren op de shampooflessen en het douchescherm, op hoge planken lag stof. Aangezien wij de slaapbank gebruikten, was er geen plek om fatsoenlijk te zitten. De barkrukken zijn niet comfortabel (eentje is gescheurd) en een lekkere stoel ontbreekt. De sloten werken zeer moeizaam en een sleutel was bijna doorgebroken.

Beautiful space less than 10 minutes walk from Termini Station. Was perfect for us as we were in transit for one night on way back to Sydney. Alessandro’s instructions were clear and self service check in was perfect as our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until after midnight. Would definitely stay again!
Water pressure was a little low for shower although I’ve experienced this before in Rome in older buildings so it’s not uncommon I believe.

I booked this property due to convenience of how close to Termini Station was. Which was excellent as we got the train do most of the sites as it was 36 degrees. Walking distance to the main attractions are a bit far if you don’t like walking in the heat as they are a little far, but doable. ie- 40mins to the Trevi Fountain. The apartment was very clean and has all the amenities you need for a great stay in Rome. The only thing I would say are the bath towels are very small and we would have liked a few bottles of water in the fridge due the extreme heat and the price we paid per night as most other accommodation had free water for us. This place is great and would recommend.
Towels are quite small- more for a small child and the noise in the early hours picking up rubbish and glass woke us up a few times.
