The location of the property was close to downtown. The communication with the host was good.
This is not a “Luxury” apartment. The area that the apartment is in feels pretty grubby. There is construction and general trash piled up in front of the apartment entrance. There was no easily visible number on the building.
The lockbox and entrance arrangements were decent but the space inside the apartment was very very small. The beds in the two bedrooms were shoved up against the walls on 3 sides and one person had to climb over the other if one person needs to get up at night. The bed linens were really low quality. In the bathroom, there were only 2 towels for 4 people.
The kitchen, although well equipped, was super tiny as was the area off the kitchen. There are 4 stools stuffed into the small space that is described as a living room .

Super clean, it has everything you need.
The sheets were not that clean, it was a bit of blood, but I changed them with the pair that the owner left in the closet…

Cleanliness and price ! Rubbish at front of apartment was appalling and not at all inviting! Lounge suite was dirty and needed cleaning to improve
