Gute Lage und ideal für größere Familien mit der Möglichkeit zusammen und doch getrennt sein zu können.

Das Haus liegt im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes direkt an der Hauptstraße. Sehr viel Verkehr, Appartement somit sehr laut. Wie üblich in la Spezia, schwierige Parksituation
