El alojamiento está en un barrio residencial, estupendo, seguro y tranquilo, a 5 minutos andando del metro y a 10 minutos en metro del centro. Muy bonito decorado, como en las fotos. Cerca del piso hay restaurantes, supermercados y todo lo que te pueda hacer falta.
La llegada es autónoma, cosa que se agradece, aunque no es flexible.
La cocina está equipada con quemador para la cafetera italiana, hornillo, hervidor de agua y tostadora, neverita, también tiene vitrocerámica pero no funcionaba y la lavadora sin enchufar. Tiene menaje suficiente para estar cómodo. El lavabo de la cocina era muy pequeño y no entraban los platos, por lo que se salía el agua al fregar.
Se nota que tenía las cosas que le sobraban a otros huéspedes: una lata de atún, dos botes de sal, una bolsa con azúcar/sal... Nosotras dejamos café, estaría bien cuidar esos detalles.
El sofá era pequeño, para una persona y no muy cómodo, lo que te hace estar en el cuarto mayoritariamente.
El baño estaba bien, tenía algunas humedades en el techo, y de la ducha se sale todo el rato el agua aunque seas muy cuidadosa, es incómodo tener siempre mojada la alfombrilla de la ducha.
La cama es muy amplia y cómoda, estaría bien haber dejado alguna funda para las almohadas extras.
La terraza es muy grande y con mucho potencial.
Hay bastantes mosquitos, no sé si por las plantas de fuera o por ser un bajo, por lo que tenías que tener las ventanas cerradas por la noche.
A pesar de las cosas puntuales, si volviera a Roma, me alojaría aquí.
No son flexibles con la hora de entrada y salida.
Se sale el agua de la ducha, del lavabo de la cocina y no funciona la vitrocerámica.

Fajne miejsce z tarasikiem na wyłączność (parter). Bardzo "samodzielne i niezależne" - dla mnie to ważne.
Klima działa, internet jest. Ciepła woda też 🙂. Łóżko wygodne.
Blisko do metra.
Sklepy też blisko.

The bed was very comfortable and the appartment is well located.
Very disappointing stay, mainly because of the hosts’ complete lack of communication.
The Wi-Fi password had been changed from the details provided on the modem, leaving us without Wi-Fi.
The washing machine was also unusable because the door latch had been removed. I tried washing our clothes by hand, but the kitchenette sink is extremely small (very challenging to wash dishes as most of it doesn't even fit) and the bathroom sink has no plug. I eventually had to find a dirty bucket outside, and wash everything by hand.
We contacted the hosts several times for both these matters (as these are two non-negotiables for me), both directly and through Booking.com, but they ignored every message.
We also requested a late check-out before arrival, as our flight was only in the evening. We followed up four times on different days, but these messages were also completely ignored. The hosts only responded on our final night, after I asked them why they kept ignoring my messages, simply denying the late check-out and still failing to address our repeated messages about the Wi-Fi and washing machine.
There were several other issues: mould in the bathroom, the balcony from two floors up using the rain overflow that dumps their washing machine water into the courtyard right in front of the gate where you have to enter to go to the appartment, a filthy oven that was unpleasant to use, no oven-proof dishes and no kitchen towels.
For all this privilege we also had to pay a 4 Euro SELF CHECK IN FEE!!!??? We PAID EXTRA, to check ourselves in?? so the hosts literally did nothing. I wish there was a way to know which other properties these guys are in charge of so I can ensure to avoid at all costs
