Location was great with gated entrance. Easy back roads to many convenient shopping and restaurant destinations (5 min away) avoided traffic on coastal highway. A 5 minute bike from great biking trails. And 20 min from state beaches. Bathrooms were clean and large. Kitchen was good with fridge and stove/oven seemed almost new. Disposal in the sink was so convenient. Very pleasant sunny kitchen table area for meals. Quiet screened in porch. Comfortable living room and beds. Also, owner was very responsive to questions throughout our stay.
Some pots were great but others were well-worn. The washer-dryer was convenient but dryer took longer than usual.

A lot of things were provided, house was clean before we arrived, felt very comfortable.
The house itself was amazing. Just note that there is no elevator and it was on the second floor meaning we had to carry everything.
