Where do I start? Everything was just gorgeous. The grounds were stunning, it was clean, beautifully furnished. The people working at the Villa, especially Marouan and Zac, could not have been more helpful or kind. No request was too much trouble. The lovely cook - I didn’t catch her name - cooked us breakfast 3 days of our stay and a stunning evening meal one night. Home comforts and amenities were in abundance. WiFi was good, smart TV’s in each room if one cared to take a break from the sun. Our trip was incredible and this Villa was the standout part. We would love to return.

La location è fantastica la Villa molto lussuosa e di classe arredata molto bene. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile pur tutelando al massimo la tua privacy.
Direi un posto fantastico da consigliare.
E' un pò fuori dal centro di Marakech . Wi-fi da potenziare nonostante che in alcune parti della villa si prendeva molto bene in altre era assente, anche perchè la villa è molto grande

Pros:
We had an amazing stay at Villa Shambhala in Marrakesh. The villa’s grounds were beautiful, with lush plants, flowers, and a lovely pool that created a peaceful atmosphere. The mix of traditional Moroccan design and modern comforts—especially the high-quality bathrooms with great water pressure—made the villa feel both authentic and luxurious.
The service was exceptional. The management team changed our bed linens, brought fresh towels and essentials, and responded quickly to any request. They even replaced a loaf of bread after a local cat got into ours, which we really appreciated.
Transport arranged by the villa was a huge plus. Our drivers, Ali and Ashad, were professional, kind, and incredibly reliable. As a group of nine women, we felt completely safe getting around the city, whether visiting the souks during the day or returning from clubs late at night (even at 4 AM!).
We also loved the traditional vegetarian Moroccan dinner arranged for us. The chickpea and vegetable tagine, couscous, salad, and dessert were delicious, and the beautifully set table made the evening feel extra special.
The villa’s spacious fridge and well-equipped kitchen were also very convenient.
Cons:
One bathroom had a toilet inside the walk-in shower, which made it a bit awkward as the toilet would get wet. The oven was also quite slow, though this didn’t have a major impact on our stay.

TRANSPORTATION WAS HORRIBLE THE DRIVER NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, WANTED TO FIGHT WITH THE COPS AND RUINED OUR NIGHT, HE DID CUSSED EVERYONE MY WIFES FRIEND WAS PREGNANT AND IT WAS NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL THAT DRIVER SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE HE RUINED OUR TRIP.
