The sofa, comfortable enough to sleep on because the bed wasn't.
The Shower nice & powerfull.
Tv was good with Prime & Netflix.
T-bags made nice cups of tea. Towels were nice.
People upstairs were quiet.
The bed, awful saggy in the middle double bed, it made us roll together all night & was thin & uncomfortable, thin pillows, so we slept on the sofa for two nights.
The kitchen worktops were all covered in crumbs & felt grimy when we arrived & I had time wipe them over.
The back garden looks nothing like on the picture if you did sit out there, you'd come back in depressed.
Not somewhere I'd want to spend much time in, feels depressing,
No wardrobe, hangers on the wall.
No full length mirror.
The driveway is a bit messy, needs tidying up, very tight for a car & a big van.
Not as close as you think to the town centre/beach. The steep hill back up.

Small but very comfortable with everything we needed. It was good to have a washing machine available too. Great location with just a short walk to the town centre and the beach. Parking space was a bonus.
Very steep walk back from town centre if you want to leave your car behind.
