Wir haben 15:00 bis 19:00 Uhr auf den Schlüsselcode gewartet, obwohl wir informiert hatten, dass wir am Nachmittag dort sein würden. Unsauberes Treppenhaus in der Unterkunft.

The location was convenient for where I was in London. Apartment was well kitted out and the sundry and breakfast items in the cupboard were a nice touch, although not used.
The bed sheets, especially the duvet cover were really thin and poor quality. They looked clean, but because they were so thin you could feel too much of the texture of the duvet inside which is not nice to touch. The anti-slip mat in the shower does not suction to the shower tray so is actually very slippery. I almost stacked it and hurt my foot quite badly. Recommend you remove it completely or put one in that has a proper suction application so it doesn't move. Shame about the broken mirror in the bedroom.

The apartment is in a great location, very central and very close to a metro station.
The staircase of the building was very dirty, although the apartment itself was quite clean.
We checked in at 5 pm just to drop off our bags and, when we came back at around 10:15 pm after dinner, we had a major problem that, unfortunately, could not be resolved: there was no hot water and the shower in the bathtub was broken.
We contacted the host, who tried to guide us through resetting the boiler (which, in our opinion, is not something guests should have to deal with). However, it wouldn’t start due to an ignition problem. We were asked to try multiple times, including adjusting the gas valve.
In the end, we had to wash ourselves by boiling water with the electric kettle and using pots of water. Not exactly a pleasant way to end a long day in rainy London.
I understand that it was late in the evening and that the problem could not be fixed immediately, but the apartment should have been properly checked and fully functional before our arrival.
The main bedroom, the one with the en-suite bathroom, is very noisy on weekend nights and is not soundproof at all.
Despite the great location, I wouldn’t choose this apartment again for my next trip to London.
