It' in a fantastic location very near both the train and bus stations, and also Asda etc. The keys were secure once I had them so I knew nobody could get in. The shower was excellent. The bed was great. Keith, the welcomer chap who looks after the property, was great. The price was amazing. The decor is very beautiful
The fridge in the room kept coming to life and waking me back up overnight. When "alive" it was ok, as it became background noise, but the transition from silent to alive was a sudden loud noise in the void and woke me up numerous times. Not having a loo on the ground floor meant in the night I had to go upstairs, fine but the light sensors all came on which maybe cause annoyance to other guests.

Comfortable and clean. Recently refitted with nice modern up to date feel.
Kettle in the room, but a few sachets of tea/coffee/sugar would have been nice

Good location. It was clean and staff was friendly. Bathrooms are shared but they are big and clean.. staff friendly.
One of the bedrooms didn't have an external window so it was a bit stuffy. .
