I had a lovely stay at Ume House. The host kindly met me at Tokamachi Station when I arrived late in the evening, which made me feel very welcome in an unfamiliar town. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the station. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

Clean and with all the facilities. The owner showed everything personally and explained how to use them. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and easy to use. Toilet also very clean. Kitchen had all the amenities. Free parking was an added benefit.
No complaints at all. But we needed few more pillows but they werenโt available.
