Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The host was friendly, and communication through Booking.com or WhatsApp was easy. The property is close to a local train station, with easy connections to major stations and the rest of Tokyo. I arrived from the airport at around 11 p.m. and had no trouble getting there. The area felt safe. I stayed for three nights to rest, settle into Tokyo, get familiar with the trains and plan the rest of my trip—a great starting point for solo travellers or couple.
Nothing worth mentioning.

Great value for money considering it's Tokyo. Very friendly contact with the owners via Booking.com messaging. Made check-in and -out quite easy.
It was generally very clean even though some things had slight (probably unrecoverable) stains from usage. Perfect neighborhood for me to get to the airport quickly while still being able to get into central Tokyo during the last nights of my vacation.
I've had better beds and the seating area in the corner might as well not be there to have more space for luggage. No bidet but classic 0.5 ply Japanese toilet paper is unfortunate 🤭.

Loved the location, didn’t mind the walk to the station. The balcony was a nice bonus.
The only thing I would have liked better is for the toilet to have had a bidet.

It was very safe, which was important to me as a solo female traveller. It was right across from a 7/eleven, and close to the metros. It only took 45 minutes to get to all the other major stations, in each direction , which was a big seller for me!
