Quiet location close to Matsumoto Castle. Clean, spacious, and well appointed apartment and fabulous, helpful hosts. Highly recommended place to stay in Matsumoto!

Had everything we need, and in a great location for visiting Matsumoto Castle, Frog Street and Matsumoto City Museum of Art.
Make sure you do the reservation admin (uploading passport photo etc) well in advance, so there is no holdup getting the key code sent to you (we forgot until the last minute - my bad). Access is via two flights of exterior stairs only. It was good to experience sleeping on real futons, but I am looking forward to my own soft bed! Sorry to be such a western princess…
