The room was spotlessly clean and it was exactly what my wife and I needed for a one stay visit at Ioannina. This is a prime location if one wants to explore the city center. On the plus side, the matress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We had booked this room because of our participation in the Ioannina Lake Run 30K event and the studio is situated about 500 meters from the start line.

Ρεαλιστικός ο χώρος όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρος, όλα καινούρια, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης, 100 μέτρα από το δημαρχείο, όλα προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Έχει πάρκινγκ στα 300 μέτρα (δημοτικό) 3€ τίμιο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα 10/10!

Comfortable bed, really good location- central where all shops, restaurant and clubs are, but it is so quite and prefect for sleep

Ήταν καθαρά όλα τα σημεία που έλεγξα,ήταν σε φουλ κεντρικό σημείο που βολεύει να πας παντού εύκολα, ο Νίκος ήταν ευγενέστατος συνεννοήσιμος και από μόνος του ενδιαφερόταν να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι και αν θέλαμε
