Lovely spot to stay, the area is well looked after and built. The rooms are nice giving a hut type vibe. No air conditioning but they provide fans as well as mozzy nets. Hotel is happy to provide lifts with their tuk tuk if you need it. Lovely Marco the dog always around for a happy fuss too!
Location was up 2 fairly steep hills, around a 10 minute walk into the main centre but nothing major.

Nice property, gave a glamping vibe rather than a hotel/villa. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Was over priced for what it is. If it was advertised as glamping it would be better. Also an extremely steep hill to get to the property. Our driver had to abandon us half way up the hill as a car could not fit up. We had to walk or alternatively used a tuktuk to get to the property. The walls are also extremely thin as they are made from tarp. Could hear our neighbour coughing throughout the night. No A/C in the property. There was also a window in the bathroom which was constant open which allowed frogs, geckos and mosquitos to enter the bathroom quite easily.

Schahan and the team could not be more helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, arranging our travel around Ella to dropping us off at the station. They were warm friendly and it was a genuinely enjoyable stay. The place feels homey, and it’s super clean. Thanks for a great stay and a lovely breakfast.

The staff were lovely and really helpful in organising tuk tuk etc. the rooms were clean and tidy and had mosquito nets. The pool is lovely and clean also. They had a good variety of breakfasts which were lovely and provided tea and coffee and fresh fruits and fruit juice
It is not a hotel, it is glamping. This meant lots of insects in the room, lots of insect bites and also our last night we had lots of squirrels and squirrel poo in the room (and had to change room). This is an experience and I’d be happy to do it for a night or two but I would not recommend any longer. It’s also on a very steep hill that cars cannot get up, only tuktuks.
