The room was really spacious with a nice view. The staff were really helpful, they picked us up from the bus stop and shuttled our luggage to the guest house. They also were really helpful booking train tickets in advance and with sight seeing during our stay. The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony. The provided breakfast was large and had options for wester or Sri Lankan style meals.
It seems like this was a newly opened place at the time of our stay so there a few things that I think can be improved. To start, the bathtub wasn't working for most of our stay. We informed the staff and she tried to get it fixed ASAP but still we were only able to use it on the last night and the tub was a big part of the reason why we booked here. I also wish they had refillable water instead of giving us so many small plastic water bottles. In addition, the stay would be improved by providing better quality soaps and coffee creamer for the room, instead they seemed to be of extremely cheap quality. And finally, the wifi was often not working well.

Very large rooms and very helpful & friendly staff
It was very high up on a steep hill that could not be accessed by car. They had to get their tuk tuk to bring us and our luggage up. It was still very new and smelled of concert and had concrete dust on the floor.
