The Peak Ella was a beautiful place to stay! It was really handy to town and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. In particular, Nimesha, on the front desk, went out of her way to ensure we were having a good stay.

What an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to make my stay comfortable.
The view was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to such a beautiful scenery every day made the experience even more special.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful view where breakfast is served on the rooftop. Elevator available. Friendly staff. Close enough to the main strip and easily walkable. Excellent water pressure.
Mattresses were old and uncomfortable, whole room was pretty old and needs a renovation. Some sheets were dirty upon arrival but were quickly changed. We had the family room and there is no mountain view. I wish the pictures were taken with the curtains open so one can know what view to expect. I suppose this was intentional. The whole point we booked this hotel was thinking we would get a nice view. We paid for the more expensive family room only to be disappointed when we stepped out onto the patio.

Close to town , views were beautiful, friendly and welcoming staff and great breakfast.
Cold shower, there seems to be building work going on at the hotel and parts weren’t completed.
