Tolle Überraschung

Wir kamen im Dunklen an und waren sehr erschorcken, da das Haus nicht fertig gebaut ist. Aber dann öffneten sich die Zimmer und die Überraschung war perfekt, schöne große moderne Zimmer mit tollem Balkon mit Blick auf Ella Rock und Wasserfall. Laufdistanz zum Ort mit den vielen Restaurants.

Fabulous!

This place is perfect. Clean, comfortable, spacious room with balcony. Excellent view across the valley to Ella Rock with a view of the train tracks in the distance. Short walk to town but far enough away so not noisy at night. Lovely, helpful staff and excellent breakfast.

Can't fault anything! Would stay here again.

Fantastic

Fantastic views from the balcony. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean, good quality bedroom with shower. There is plenty of hot water. Nice large, comfortable bed. Well stocked mini bar in the room for very resonable prices. There are a lot of steps, but it really is worth it for the view and to be slightly away from the busy main street of Ella. Once you are settled on the lovely balcony you might not want to leave. Great breakfast with good choices.

Access from the main road and steep steps would be difficult if you have mobility problems. Otherwise, it is perfectly manageable.

Perfekt

Die Aussicht, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit! Das Bett war sehr gut und auch alles sehr gemütlich. Man konnte sich selbst Kaffee oder Tee bereiten und die Minibar war gefüllt. Es war der bislang einzige benutzbare saubere Kühlschrank auf unserer Reise. Wir hatten Zimmer „ Ruby“ und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war einmalig. Gastgeber und Personal waren super freundlich und hatten uns sogar Tickets für den Zug von Ella nach Nanuoya besorgt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Saft auf Wunsch auch ohne Zucker. Absolute Empfehlung.

Der Frühstücksplatz war draußen und nicht so gemütlich und es gab nur Instantkaffee am Tisch. Aber das ist in der Gesamtheit eher zu vernachlässigen.

Prachtig uitzicht en geweldige host!

Van af het balkon had je een prachtig uitzicht! Als je goed keek kon je in de verte keel kon je ook genieten van de aapjes die door de bomen slingerden. Het ontbijt was ook ons beste ontbijt van onze hele vakantie, kunnen wij zeker aanraden! Ook was de eigenaar erg vriendelijk en zorgde voor een uitstekend verblijf, goede tips voor uiteten en had een taxi voor ons geregeld naar ons volgende verblijf.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Lage und Aussicht

Schöne Aussicht auf den Ella Rock. Sehr zuvorkommendes hilfsbereites Personal. Schnell im Stadtzentrum. Hat uns ein Taxi in die nächste Stadt zu einer super Preis besorgt.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Spektakuläre Aussicht von Balkon (und aus dem Bett), alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine kleine Minibar und gratis Kaffee, Tee und Wasser, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte, sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum.

One of the best Guesthouses in Ella

The view is magnificent, you can have breakfast in your balcony with a view of the waterfall and the hills. Breakfast was nice and fulfilling. Dimu was a great help and present in all times to provide support. One of the best places in Ella

Great location and even better host!

Great location. Right by the train station and at the end of the main strip. Pubudu could not have been more helpful. He woke up at 4:30am to show us up Ella’s rocks for sunrise. Thank you!!

You can’t beat this perfect accomodation in Ella! 🌞

We stayed here for two nights and honestly got to see so much of Ella because you are right at the edge of the small main strip! This meant gorgeous views of the surrounding hills while being so central. We also walked to 9 Arch Bridge, as well as Little Adams Peak. In terms of facilities they’d thought of every little thing you might need (extra toiletries, hair drier, umbrellas, books, and even a cutting knife that we ended up using for fruit!). Pubudu was the most friendly host who was always checking in on our needs whenever we ran into each other. Made exploring very easy as well as our next commute to the coast! Thanks again Third Eye Ella!!! 🧡

We had the best time in the most comfortable room, perfectly positioned in Ella with incredible views, beautiful service

The spacious balcony with stunning views of the mountains, waterfall and trains below! The cool, comfortable and clean room was quiet and the shower was hot! The best part of our stay was the kind and friendly service provided by Pubudu! Breakfast was also amazing!

amazing and massive breakfast every morning on the balcony. Pubudu was amazing and helpful with our bags and bringing breakfast to us. Very clean and had lots of extra bits in the room including tea/coffee etc. we loved our stay here! would recommend

Amazing

The absolute best about third eye ella is the amazing view, second best is the delicious breakfast served in the balcony. The room itself is large, clean and comfortable, furniture is hardwood and very nice. The property is on the top of a short steep hill and there's a flight of stairs to reach the room but Pubudu the amazing host helps carrying bags and pointing the shortcuts: within a couple of minutes you can reach the centre and the train station. Pubudu is also great in recommending hikes closeby

Great stay with a view thats etched in our minds.

The room was great and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is truly second to none. The mvp tho is Pubudu who took care of everything we needed to make our stay wonderful.

Even tho its 5mins from the train station on paper, there is an extremely steep climb and barely any signage to locate it. Climbing up to the property with luggage is easier said thad done. Also, the property dusnt have a lot of lighting at night and returning after a night out was eerie and we had to use our phone torches to get back to the room.

Great place for exploring Ella

The location is great, just a couple of stairs away from the center of Ella. The staff was very welcoming and helpful in organizing a day-trip incl. transportation for us and recommending a cooking class near the location to us. Breakfast was extensive and respect our vegetarian preferences, we enjoyed it with a nice view from the balcony.

The young man, who worked at the place was very very helpful and nice. And the breakfast was very good and there were a lot of different things

We had to climb a road and then a lot of stairs to reach the rooms. That was a problem for some of us, and we couldn’t read it in the description of the place.

The best place to stay in Ella if you can secure it

if you can secure this as a place to stay you will not be disappointed! large room, hot shower, amazing balcony, walk into Ella without have the full noise from the town. Steps can be a challenge, but it is worth it. and a big thank you to Pubudu, the young man who took care of us.

A minor thing, a glass wall or separation wall between toilet and shower, but this is the same in many places.

memorable stay.

It was quiet with beautiful scenery. The view of the train passing by was mesmerizing. The service by Pubudu was excellent and ever willing to make us comfortable.

I am 79 yrs and my wife is 74 yrs old and it was not difficult to climb the steps. But concerned that when we are older we might not be able to climb the steps.

Pupudu is a remarkable host, he IS THE BEST !!! Thanks a lot Pupudu for everything!!! The view is phenomenal !!! There is a waterfall in the distance which can be seen and heard. Great breakfast !!!
