Stunning location, massive rooms, the srilankan breakfast and the pool were absolute highlights and it was so close to Ella town.
Some Staff came across as a little rude sometimes, we were a younger couple, they appeared to not think that we should be staying there despite taking our money. However after a conversation several staff members went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at The Pinnacle. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for guests. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the photos especially the view from our room. We had the premier deluxe triple room - it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast isn’t a buffet but the selection you get was fantastic and definitely enough food (felt like buffet except they bring it all to you!)
The pool was great for a well-needed restful morning.
The location of Pinnacle for us was perfect. We were far enough out from the hustle of the busy high street but if walking along the train track, it only takes about 5 mins to the top of the high street next to The Clay Pot restaurant.
If I know anyone staying in Ella, I will 100% recommend them to stay here.

A beautiful hotel within walking distance from town. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room had a stunning lake view and was spacious. The pool area was lovely. I highly recommend.
Coffee delivered to room was not available. No big problem went to cafe at 7.30
