Conveniently located near the heart of Kabukicho this property is your gateway to Shinjukus vibrant nightlife and endless dining options.
Noise can be a bit excessive at times but I imagine this would be the case anywhere in Kabukicho unless you’re way up on the 10th floor or higher. Expect police sirens and yelling from drunks.

Location of the hotel was great, room was very spacious and clean. Self check-in was very smooth.

Comparado con otros hoteles es mucho mas espacioso, mas economico, pero no bajaba la calidad, estaba limpio, te dan wifi, anafe, heladerita, y todo lo que especifica. Es todo tal cual la foto. No hay check-in convencional, el dueño te da la clave donde esta la llave guardada, llegas a la puerta del apartamento tuyo y la retiras. con esa llave luego puedes ingresar al edificiñ, con el sensor para abrir la puerta del ingreso, asi que no la pierdan ni se la olviden. Esta cerca de la estacion de shinyuku, unos 10 minutos caminando tranquilo, y de las zonas mas turisticas de kabukicho, cerca de shin okubo el barrio coreano. Esta muy bien por el costo y lo que ofrecia.

Great value, great shower, good bed.
It is just enough space for a couple with two bags+ two backpacks
The location is in Shibuya which online says is a great place for Tokyo but it just felt like a red light district with everything closed during the day and weird catcalls at night. Shinjuku would have been a good first place. Also property has a bunch of signs saying no foreigners so we just kinda rushed through the hallway past security who was there half the time.
