I was never sent the check-in information. I called and requested the information was told that I had to come to the office. My son arrived before I did and was stuck outside the gate for a few hours until I arrived once I arrived. I called the front office and was told that I should’ve received a text and he sent me the text. I was never sent the code to open the gate and had to wait another 45 minutes for the code to be sent over to open the gate. Then we cannot find the location of the condo and the security guard on a golf cart. Didn’t know how to help us find it either. Once we got inside, the couch had sand all over it from previous people. Other than that, the condo wasn’t a good location from the beach.
