We booked a studio for 4 nights & it was better than we expected . The room was spacious ,, very clean , tidy & well decorated , there were two wardrobes , desk & chair, full kitchen, table & chairs , plenty of plug points. The bathroom / wet room was the only thing that let it down , it was a decent size , clean & equipped however the shower was fixed & not the best also the space that the shower curtain went round was minimal & the drainage was poor . The reception staff were friendly & helpful. There are a variety of food outlets to chose from, There is plenty of outdoor spaces to sit down to relax & enjoy the scenery. The place is easy to get to with regular buses to get from a to b. We would definitely stay here again

This is was a great choice for my needs. My conference was held on UCD campus, but when I was not there I could easily take bus to downtown (E2 and 39A). At night it was quiet so it was possible to sleep, the property is super clean and functional, there is a convenience store in the building so if you need a few things you can get them there. You can also purchase Leap Card for public transportation there. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would go there again if in Dublin.

It was a large comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. The view was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was very well appointed (oven, hot plates and microwave), but there were no pot, pans or cooking utensils. All that was provided were two dinner settings (dinner plates, bread plates, bowls, knives, forks and spoons) and two mugs. It was a bit of a waste of a well appointed kitchenette. Nevertheless, it was a great room.
