Previous rating suggested the property was not particularly clean. It was OK for me (rm 402).
Lots of cars and motor bikes roaring by and even with windows closed was very noisy, well through the night. I changed hotels and though there seemed to be less racing, it was still noisy. This was my first time to Medellin in a while so maybe it just takes a bit of getting used to. I imagine the higher end hotels are quieter.
There is AC so it was not uncomfortable.
