The hotel is located beautifully and it's very quiet - you only hear the waves crashing. The beach/cliffs are just a short walk away. It's perfect for those who don't want to be in a touristic spot. The room is spacious, the staff is very friendly. However, there are some things why I wouldn't want to return, especially not if staying longer than 3-4 nights (we stayed 6 nights): the shower keeps you healthy, meaning that it is at times either too hot or too cold. It also constantly floods the bathroom no matter how careful you are. The closet smells very old/dusty. The food is okay-ish but nothing special, every egg-dish at breakfast has a weird deep-fried taste to it and the variety is always the same. The variety for dinner differs every night but you can taste that neither craftsmanship nor time or money went into the dishes.
We stayed in March and had no mosquitoes, but we were also careful about opening doors/window when light is on.
