Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer Familie in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Das Hotel war wirklich super. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Wir konnten die Einkaufszentren und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Herrn Sinan und Herrn Milad. Sie haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cosy location, nice and friendly staff, very reliable and good Wifi service in our room, nice breakfast, clean rooms equipped with air-condition and mini-bar.
After booking, I contacted them asking for the airport shuttle service and they asked for the flight number, arrival time and mentioned the price. Upon arrival, nobody showed up at the airport and we managed it ourselves. TV in the room was not working and the staff didn't manage to make it work. There was a guy shouting loud on the street on Monday 11/05 morning which made us awake, but apart from that it was peaceful and quite.

staff is really friendly, room was modern and tidy and very comfortable, location is great, rich breakfast, I would come here again on my next visit to Van, definitely.
the bathroom facility could have been better, while still usable it could have been a tad better.
