The Karaca Hotel is newly built and exceptionally clean, with an excellent breakfast and very respectful and friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

🟪Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does a good job.
🟨Friendly Staff: The staff are very polite, professional, and always ready to help.
🟦Strong Wi-Fi: We stayed on the 4th floor and the internet connection was excellent and stable.
🔴Cramped Rooms: The rooms are very small. There are about 14 rooms on each floor, and our triple room had no chairs or a desk—only beds to sit on.
🟠Poor Maintenance: Only one out of four ceiling lights worked. The bathroom ventilation is very weak, and there's an unusual gap under the door that lets in noise and shadows from the hallway.
🔵TV Channels: Only Turkish channels (Türksat) are available; there are no international options.
🟢Breakfast Issues:
The service is slow; bread trays were not refilled unless we specifically asked.
We only found out on our last day that we had to request fried eggs separately.
The quality of the sausages and "sucuk" was very poor (waxy texture), and the boiled eggs had green yolks.
Suggestion: Food and jams should be labeled so guests know what they are eating.
