Owner ghosted me.

On the day of arrival, I was sent the check-in information. It mentioned that the apt was located on the 4th floor and it was ready. I asked if the unit was accessible thru an elevator. I was told that there was no elevator only stairs. I informed the host that an ederly family member was with my party and he would not be able to go 4 flights of stairs due to his bad knees. I asked for an alternative option and was told that's all they had. I told the host that there was no mention on the booking ad that this apartment was located on the 4th floor and the building had no elevators. I canceled the reservation, the host said she would work on a refund due to the situation. I thanked her for her understanding. This is when they silent. No update, no communication. I called the phone number listed several times no answer. Left several messages, sent emails. No response. The owner refused to refund my money. After several weeks, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. Still ongoing. Be advised that this building does not have an elevator and nowhere in their ad states that.

Great choice

Well designed and decorated spaces. Clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Outside "private" on street parking sometimes used by other people which leaves you lookin for a parking space near by.

Definitely Staying here in future trips to ensenada

location was perfect and parking was very easy and safe easy to any location everything was close by!! the suites where very nice and comfortable bed was excellent and super clean shower was great with instant hot water I truly recommend this place plus the coffee shop that is on the property really good also WIFI was on point...

To be honest it exceeded my expectations. I don't have anything negativity to say about the Suite Miramar everything was 100 percent great...

La comunicación con la infitriona fue muy buena y se enviaron los códigos para el acceso en tiempo y forma. El departamento es precioso, con una gran terraza y una cocina linda muy completa. Las camas son cómodas, solo su ubicación dificulta un poco el acceso y tenderlas, pero este punto no es tan relevante.
