Incredible very welcoming and house was immaculate. Kitchen utensils and cooking equipment was all new and in good condition. Hosts attention to detail was impeccable. There is nothing to fault about this property if highly recommended this to anyone who is wishing to stay in the area. Quiet location and very close to town and Asda so easy accessible for anything you need. Once not a bad word to say about the property. I’d would stay here again 100%. Also being pet friendly is another bonus. The dog loved the tv on your fridge. Thank you once again for being an incredible host.

Beautiful house, lovely decor and very well equipped kitchen. Ensuit shower was a bonus we were not expecting, and bed in main bedroom was very comfortable.
The bed in the second bedroom was a little hard and it would have been good to provide anti slip mats for the showers.

Comfortable and had everything you’d need.
Agent not at all helpful when we requested a 1 day extension (even though property was available), insisting on us treating it as a separate booking through website with 2 day minimum and full price (no discount for length as received in original booking). Pretty sure the house wasn’t booked by anyone else when we decamped to travelodge, so this management unhelpfulness also cost the owner some additional income.

Very disappointing. Despite stating we would arrive between 15:00 - 16:00 we did not hear anything from the owner. We arrived at 15.30 accessed the key & found the property had not been cleaned. Booking.com contacted the caretaker who lived next door to the property & she advised us that the owner had not confirmed our stay & she thought the guests who stayed at the weekend were staying all week. We had to leave while she cleaned the property & go into the property 17:15. She could not clean the floors etc. In the time. The 2 beds were very uncomfortable one was so soft you rolled into the centre of the bed. The second bed was firmer but the springs dug into you. If we could have found somewhere else we would have moved. Instead we left a day early. Also in a number of drawers in the bedroom there were clothes which I assume belong to the owner.
