This property is great. Honestly it is one of the few places we have stayed where the rooms are actually bigger than they appear in the photos!
The key collection was straight forward, and the owner responded to any requests or issues very promptly.
The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the flat was very clean, the wifi was fantastic for the most part (although a little patchy in the far bedroom), and the welcome pack was one of the best we have ever had. Honestly arriving late at night it was amazing to be able to make a cup of tea and have some nice biscuits, without having to rush straight out to buy things. Fresh bread, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, etc. all included.
The showers were ok - one was pretty small and the other was a bit variable with water temperature and pressure, but nothing unexpected in the UK.
The location was very central, but the windows meant that the flat was surprisingly quiet. Our whole family slept really well here.
We researched parking in advance and booked a space on Just Park - it was an additional expense, but well worth it.
The sofa was pretty uncomfortable. We didn't end up spending a lot of time at the flat, but it would have been nice to have a better place to just relax.
The lights in the bathrooms are on a sensor, which means if you (or your kids) get up in the night they are startled awake by full on lights, which can't be switched off. Not a major thing, but also a bit annoying, and a regular switch to turn them on and off would be better.

It was a lovely apartment, the the bed was so comfortable, it was also very nice and clean
Although it was very close to the fair it was abit loud but apart from that it was very nice.

Strange smell in the shared area to get to the apartment. Nothing to do with the apartment, just the access area.
