Clean apartment, responsive host. Overall good for a one night stay if you are landing in Tirana. However for longer sta

The property was clean and it was easy access using the lockbox. Our flight was very delayed so ended up getting there late at night and it was nice that we could access it so easily. The host was very responsive over whatsapp and helpful providing check in instructions. Also easy to leave your payment

The bathroom is very small and a wet room so not the most comfortable to use as it gets very wet, hadn’t noticed this on the photos so our bad! The aircon in the bedroom is also incredibly loud and makes lots of strange loud noises throughout the night which kept waking us up. Walls also seem to be quite thin so could hear a lot of noises through the night from the neighbouring apartment. Sofa bed is not very comfortable and very hard.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional

I booked this apartment and upon arrival, after I called, I was informed that the room was no longer available. The host canceled the booking last minute without any prior notice or explanation. Since the property was non- refundable, I never imagined that this could happen. Worse, there was no apology or effort to help me find an alternative. This left me stranded and frustrated. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Travelers should be able to trust hosts to honor their bookings or at least communicate clearly. I do not recommend this property.
