Lack of anything you would expect to have in a rental. Overpriced.

Agent quickly met me to allow me into the room. The bed was comfy. Housekeeping was so nice!

My review is for the room named “Island” Advertised as an “ApartHotel” this was just a hotel room that was lacking in a lot of things you would expect of a hotel room, especially at this price: 1. The bathroom was across the hall from the room itself (not en-suite) so you had to make sure you were dressed and had everything you needed before showering/going to the bathroom. You have to cross the main hallway to get to the bathroom. Almost like crossing through a hotel lobby. 2. Only one free plug. There were only 3 plugs in the entire room and all of them were occupied by the tv, fridge, and extension cord that had the WiFi plugged in and one free outlet. So you could either only charge one thing at a time or you had to choose what to unplug. 3. There are no hooks anywhere. No where to hang towels. The bathroom had NO HOOKS. And it’s a wet room, so on top of not being in the actual room, there was no where to hang anything so you had to put it in the sink or on the floor. Both places everything gets wet. Or you had to cross the hallway. 4. No water provided. No coffee. Only tea. And no cream/sugar and no spoons or any sort of silverware to prepare tea or coffee. 5. An apart hotel should have a kitchen. There was a kettle and a tiny fridge and 2 cups. That’s it. Overall for the price it is definitely not worth it. You can get a real apartment for the same price in the same neighborhood.

Good sized comfortable room with a balcony, fridge and air conditioning. Staff were friendly and responsive. Location was great - very close to a lot of shops and cafes in Bloku.

Be aware that the building and communal stairwell where the apartment is located is extremely run down on the exterior. When we arrived at the location provided we thought we had the wrong place as it appeared to be abandoned and was covered in graffiti.
