I stayed two nights at Homelite. It is a massive space that can host a lot of people. I had a very comfortable stay. Check in was easy and the security men were friendly.
A stone's throw from Miri Airport, there is surprisingly no noise at all from aeroplanes. The description of the listing is almost accurate. Whilst there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, there are not four ensuite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are ensuite. Two bedrooms have a small bathroom separating them, then there is another bathroom in the pantry area. Being an experienced traveller, I brought my own toilet paper. I am so glad I did because there was none provided.
There is an iron and a very shabby ironing board, which has seen better days. I set up everything up to iron but none of the plug sockets can accommodate the iron! It was very disappointing. It would be better to get rid of what is effectively useless junk, and replace it with new ironing equipment. There was a kettle in the kitchen, but a microwave was definitely missing, as were pots, pans plates and cutlery. I was alone, but for big groups a little more, would go a long way.
Although a little run-down, Homelite is a very comfortable place to host a family or big group of friends. There are grocery shops and eateries in the vacinity. The downtown area for bars and restaurants is a short taxi ride away. The Malaysian equivalent of Uber is Grab.
There was no toilet paper.
The ironing facilities did not function.
The taps of the bathroom sink in the big ensuite bedroom did not work.

Clean and spacious, good for big family travelling together.
Only one access card, and it was needed to open the door to go in and out each time. Only one parking lot, not enough for us (8 family members travelling in two cars)

Loved the amount of beds for sleeping and the pool.
There was a lingering smoke smell or something that irritate my allergies and asthma. I could not breathe well during my stay and my nasal passage became very irritated.
