What we loved most was the staff, they are amazing! Always welcoming, kind and more than happy to help.
The breakfasts were delicious and so well presented! The location is great, easy walking distance to many different cafes, restaurants & spas (For dinner we reccomend Wave Island Lembongan, Sushi Bar, and Curry Traders).
We caught Arthamas Fast Boat as they dock at the beach only a minute walk away.
It was a tranquil little oasis we didnt want to leave. Many hours spent lounging by the pool, hopefully one day we can come back 🙏
The pillows could do with replacing, and the bottom sheet kept coming off, so properly fitting sheets and new pillows could be beneficial!

The staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and super helpful with all our enquiries. The pool was a highlight after a day or exploring. The grounds were very well kept and looked beautiful everyday.
The bathroom was slightly dated. The sheets and towels had very slight marks but nothing major and staff were very accommodating so it’s not a problem. Ants are inevitable as they are part of island life!

The location is definitely one of the strongest points of the property — very convenient and close to everything. The room itself, especially the floor and the bed, was very clean and well maintained from a housekeeping perspective. The staff were wonderful: warm, welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. They explained everything clearly, responded quickly whenever we needed something, and always made sure we had an answer or a solution.
Unfortunately, the condition of the facilities was very disappointing and clearly needs significant maintenance. The shower was literally falling apart, there was rust in many places, and some of the faucets and fixtures were broken or coming apart. The towels were extremely poor quality, almost rubber-like, and barely absorbed any water. The pool area was also quite uninviting and didn’t feel like a place we wanted to spend time in. Overall, while the property is clean and very well located, the facilities themselves are in serious need of renovation and better maintenance.
