Highly recommend. The bed was extremely comfortable. Usually hotel refrigerators barely keep anything cold. This one was fabulous. Cozy and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in our Bluebird Cottage! Check-in and check-out were super fast and easy, the staff were helpful and friendly, parking was right next to our cottage, and the grounds were immaculate. It was in a great location near lots of little shops and amazing restaurants, and the closest place to stay if you're going to the Idyllwild Renaissance Faire!
I am only rating it 4 stars though because our room smelled pretty bad. It almost smelled like pee and light mold and we had to air it out for a long time before we could hang out in there. Im not sure if the previous occupant had a small child or dog with them and they had an accident...
Other than that, we would stay there again, just not in that particular cottage.

If you go to this place make a point to stop by the office and say hello to Tony, owner and host extrodannaire. His warm and kind welcome will make you feel at home. My friend and I arrived early and he got our room cleaned and ready for an earlier than usual check in. I really appreciated that. I will definitely go back to this Inn when I go to Idyllwild again. Thank you Tony!
