I apologize but it’s hard for me to list any pros at this time. HOT, stuffy apartment! There was a tiny portable unit that couldn’t begin to cool this place. We later learned that the outside AC had knowingly broken prior to our week long stay. Host was responsive to our daily inquiries but couldn’t do anything. After day 3/4 they offered to let us “shorten our week stay” but that would’ve left us to find another place in Philly that met our criteria last minute. Miserable. I requested that the matter be escalated to a manager never got a response. Instead we spent too much time and energy trying to get the issue resolved. Storehouse lofts versus Hotels.com our biggest frustration- who takes responsibility?! The week we moved our son to law school should have been celebratory and relaxing, not totally frustrating & exasperating.

Super convenient area with a aldis walking distance . Free on site parking was awesome for this city . Parking garage is open to the public and very dark so that was a little sketchy . But the room was awesome
