Just steps away from crystal clear Lake Mildred, one of Oneida County’s premier lakes, is this 2024 beautifully remodeled 2400 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with a large family room, bunk room and numerous outdoor entertaining areas to enjoy.
Our lakeside retreat includes:
• 2 large main level bedrooms and downstairs bunk area
• 2 full bathrooms and one half-bath (1 full and one half-bath on the main level; 1 full bath
downstairs)
• Large, fully stocked kitchen with island and numerous prep and storage areas that opens onto a
side deck complete with gas grill
• Open living space, including a large dining area, cozy hearth space and living room that opens to
an attached 12 x 16 deck, perfect for relaxing, enjoying family meals lakeside or viewing a
gorgeous Lake Mildred sunset
• Large 15 x 27 downstairs family room area that includes wet bar, bunk area with TV, and full bath
• Lakeside sunroom with dedicated space for dining, relaxing, game night or simply enjoying a
gorgeous sunset, call of the loons or taking in the view
• Level lawn that includes a campfire area and chairs, loads of space for playing outdoor yard games
or to just relax in a beachside hammock
• Easy access dock for swimming, fishing or relaxing
• Ample parking that includes four dedicated spots
• Easy and efficient contactless check-in and check-out

Lake Mildred is a 168-acre, full recreational lake that allows you to enjoy numerous outdoor lake activities. The public boat landing is less than a mile from our cottage, making it easy and convenient to launch your boat and dock it at our private pier. Beautiful walk-in sand frontage for swimming, along with a large level area for gathering and yard games. Feel your stress melt away as you paddle along the quiet shoreline and watch the eagles soar or listen to the call of the loons.

The owners have done a wonderful job of updating this property into a modern, comfortable, relaxing, and fun getaway. With more than enough space for our family of four to spread out and relax, we loved catching fish off the pier, taking the kayaks out on the lake, and relaxing by the fire pit. Each of us seemed to have a favorite spot to chill out and take in the quiet lake and beautiful scenery. Our only regret was not staying longer!

We had a wonderful time here, everything was as good as it gets! Beautiful cottage and location. The extra’s were fantastic, kids loved kayaks and fishing, as well as the ping pong table! Kitchen well supplied, beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to booking next summer again! Great hosts! Thanks!!

The pictures and description of this property did not do it justice. The cottage was much larger than I thought it was going to be and was finished beautifully. The view of the lake from the upstairs was stunning.
The lake itself was super nice, not very big, but great for kayaking, canoeing, or trolling with a fishing boat. PERFECT for relaxation, but not so quiet that my group of teenage boys couldn't have some fun. We discovered that about 6:00 PM was the best time to catch fish from the dock. Lots of bluegill and bass, most of them too small to keep, but we had a few bass that big enough to eat!
The only issue we had was a circuit breaker that went out in the bathroom. I sent a message to our hosts and someone was knocking at the door in less than an hour to fix it. I never even checked my messages for a reply, so thank you for being so responsive and getting it taken care of so quickly!!!

My family and I enjoyed our time very much in Wisconsin as it was exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. Lake Mildred is a beautiful lake with limited boat traffic which allowed my family to take full advantage of the provided kayaks for exploring and fishing. We enjoyed the quiet and cool evenings around the firepit cooking smores and telling stories. Scott and Mary where very responsive to our questions and I definitely recommend if your looking for a quiet place to take your family!
