Note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, oils, filters, or foil.
🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Please be aware that any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our coastal retreat fresh and clean for everyone! 🌊✨
🔑 Check-In Process:
Check-in is at the East Oceana building (2nd Floor) between 9 AM and 9 PM.
IMPORTANT: If there is a chance that you will be checking in after 9 PM, YOU MUST ARRANGE YOUR AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN WITH OCEANA. IF YOU DO NOT, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOU INSIDE! Once you book the unit, we will send instructions for notifying Oceana.
📬 MAIL & PACKAGES:
Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues (such as flight cancellations).
🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.

Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee warm pool temperatures during colder months and will not offer discounts or refunds for cold water.

We loved our stay! There was a cross walk in front of the place to the beach so we felt safe crossing with our little one. The umbrella came in handy. Communication with Deb, the property manager, was efficient. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Wonderful views. Beach, restaurants and groceries all very walkable. Condo itself needs minor repairs which we communicated to owner but no reply received. Shared pool and hot tub were lovely.
