About this chalet rental
Coline is a beautiful family home nestled in a peaceful and sought-after area of Concarneau, close to the famous Sables Blancs beach.
As soon as you arrive, the ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring a lounge and dining room opening onto the terrace and garden.
You will also have access to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for enjoying convivial moments with family or friends. A well-equipped laundry room is conveniently located next to this area.
The first master bedroom features its own private shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, providing optimum comfort.
Stairs lead upstairs, where you will find three charming bedrooms and a second shower room. A mezzanine with a balcony offering partial sea views is the perfect place to work quietly or get lost in a good book.
A fourth bedroom, complete with its own bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, completes this floor.
The real highlight of this house is its lovely tree-lined outdoor area with a swimming pool. You can enjoy the Breton sunshine and share wonderful moments of relaxation with family or friends.
