Il prezzo a Vienna è sicuramente concorrenziale.La pulizia è ottima. Praticamente sul Danubio.La distanza dalle varie attrazioni e monumenti più che ragionevole e vicino alla metro.Bagni in comune sempre trovati pulitissimi. La persona che passa ogni mattina è molto scrupolosa.
Potenzialmente l'ostello sarebbe eccezionale ma ha tante pecche che basterebbe poco a colmare. Ho letto le recensioni precedenti e le risposte degli host in cui affermavano che avrebbero provveduto a migliorare le cose ma ciò non è avvenuto.Le camere sono molto piccole e non hanno aria condizionata ma ventilatori. C'è solo un appendiabiti in stanza con sole due grucce ne ho chiesto altre mi hanno risposto che non era possibile averle. Nelle foto della cucina si vedono forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè che al momento non ci sono. Per il caffè hanno messo un distributore a pagamento che non funzionava e mi ha scalato soldi dal bancomat senza erogare caffè. Ho segnalato all'host ma non ho avuto risposta. In struttura non è presente nessun host e quando si interagisce su WA in realtà è una conciergerie virtuale che da risposte automatiche. L'unica persona presente in sede ovvero l'addetto alle pulizie, seppur disponibile, non parla inglese. Il Wi Fi non andava bene soprattutto nelle camere. Le sedie dell'unica sala comune/cucina sarebbero da sostituire perché usurate ...peccato!

Nice location. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned every morning. The room was pretty clean with multiple towels per guest provided.
For the price the room was really small, with nothing but the bed and one hook for your clothes. No side table, chair or anything to sit or put your things. We could cook with the limited cooking ware in the kitchen and sit in the lobby to eat our food, but there weren’t that many tables and some of the chairs were broken.
