Nice location and aspect, overlooking a park-like area and looking out to the railway lines. The chalet is cosy and warm - we enjoyed the wood fire and there was plenty of wood in the wood pile. Car parking was conveniently available in front of the chalet.
There were a few basic maintenance issues that should be addressed. For example, the kitchen sink tap was very loose so I needed to get under the sink and tighten it myself, and the shower head was not firmly held by the mount, meaning you needed to balance it carefully rather than setting it in the desired position. The sofas in the lounge area could do with a shampoo / wash.

Great location and cosy little place. It was nice and warm when we arrived, Thank you.
lots of hooks for skiing jackets in the hallway.
We arrived quite late It was not easily marked from the road that the house was tucked away in the deep driveway and there were many similar looking houses. But luckily all the lights were turned on.
It would be good to have more glassware (1 wine glass) and proper soup bowls, the ones provided were tiny.
We had to get more hangers to hang wet clothes in the laundry.

Really easy to access with the keybox and I liked the relaxed times for the checking in and checking out. The bachcare team were good on the phone before I arrived. Will definitely be going back though from the perspective of cost and the ease to get to the mountain.
The only thing I would mention as a negative is that were was a disused spa pool in the basement which would have been cool if it was plumbed in and clean etc.
