It was peaceful for the most part, only a bit noisy on friday night when the restaurant across the rice field had a dance show on. Being higher in the mountains made the air alot fresher and it was slightly cooler than in town and the road noise was minimal. Could easily walk to a lovely Cafe or restaurant for meals, and not to far by car/grab to street shops and other activities. The staff were very friendly and happy to help where they could.
The Vila's are a bit older so could use a little maintenance, the step to get into the private pool was a stone stall in the corner and not the easiest to use. The bed was very hard and had trouble sleeping comfortably. No milk in the fridge to go with the tea and coffee.

The staff was helpful and the place was nice. Quiet location amongst the rice fields. Scooter renting was also smooth. The private pool was clean and well maintained.
Price is a little too high (for Bali) compared to what is offered. It’s also a little bit far from Ubud.
