The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The music and noise and announcement between 9-3 is so loud. And my bed wasn’t cleaned everyday it was only cleaned once a couple days so i don’t understand why I need to leave it before 9/10 if it won’t even be cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in great location to shop and have access to public transportation
The pillows weren’t very comfortable and the ac kept the room cold at the bottom but hot in the top beds

I liked how clean it was and the location of the property- it was a two minute walk from the subway which was great
There was a smell to the toilets but I think that was down to no proper ventilation so we had to leave the door open all day.
