A very clean, well-maintained, and ideally located apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a longer one, is provided. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available in the apartment.
The owner, Merche, is very attentive, available, and helpful. I sincerely thank her for her warm welcome, assistance, and support throughout my stay.
The building has two very convenient entrances: on the 1st floor, there is direct access to the Patalavaca Beach (with its grey sand), while the 8th-floor entrance leads directly to the bus stop and a SPAR supermarket. Buses run frequently, making it very easy to travel to different towns around the island. There are also plenty of restaurants near the apartment.
The swimming pool at the bottom of the building is not included in the accommodation price, but you can use it simply by purchasing a drink there.
About a 10-minute walk away is the beautiful Anfi Beach, with its white sand and clear blue water. The promenade leading to the beach is lined with palm trees, where you can even spot ring-necked parakeets — a lovely sight!
The area is very quiet, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. I had a wonderful holiday here and would definitely recommend this apartment, the host, and the destination.

Gyönyörű helyen található a szállás. A kilátás elképesztő. Tiszta, jól felszerelt és kényelmes. A buszmegálló közvetlen a ház előtt található. Az épületben és a környéken rengeteg étterem van kiváló ételekkel. Az utca másik oldalán egy nagy Spar üzlet található, de a ház utcaszintjén is van egy nagy élelmiszer üzlet. Szelektív kuka a közelben. A szállásadó rendkívül segítőkész. Minden információt megkaptunk érkezés előtt, ami segítette a szállás átvételét. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Még visszatérünk ide.

We loved staying here for a month. Incredible ocean views, all day every day! All the amenities, supermarkets extremely close, bus stop right in front of the building to travel around the coast. Beach right in front of the building, about a 10 min walk to ANFI beach (which really has that Caribbean feel). Lovely, comfortable apartment. Great host, very helpful with everything! Highly recommended.
