We stayed here one night while visiting AMI and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with how clean the studio was and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The room was quiet and had plenty of essentials included which we weren't expecting but were grateful to have, including a couple of bottles of water in the fridge as well as provided soaps in the shower and even Q-tips. You can tell the owner really cares about this place and puts a lot of effort into making it a welcoming place to stay.
Speaking of the owner, communication was prompt and friendly and she was able to accommodate an early check in for us since our morning was cut short due to inclement weather.
The studio is attached to the owners home (if I had to guess, I would say this studio is a converted one car garage) and parking is in front of the home on your own side of the driveway.
Minor personal preference items, such as the bathroom having a pull across plastic 'gate' rather than a proper door, slightly firmer pillows and softer mattress than we would have preferred.

So much! Reasonably priced and Wendy thought of everything. The detail of everything done in the apartment was spot on. The remotes were neatly organized in a container on the wall. She had everything in the bathroom you could possibly need and same with the little kitchenette. She definitely maximized the small space and it was perfect for two of us. It was very homey, and the bed was very comfortable. The air unit worked great, but she also has a fan over the bed and a standup fan in the corner. It's an awesome place and we will definitely stay here again if there's something close by we're doing!
There was nothing we didn't like about the property… It's back in a neighborhood, but there were still plenty of places to eat and grocery stores close by.

small and quaint . perfect little studio
the bed was very uncomfortable. mattress needs to be replaced.
could not use microwave and stove at same time bc it caused power to trip
unexpected construction on the roof of at 7am was very nerve wrecking and jolting
