Our stay was wonderful and the apartment was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, making it very easy to get around the city. The absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna—it was amazing and exactly what we needed to relax after a long day of walking. Lastly, the communication with the hosts was outstanding: they were incredibly polite, and their responses were always immediate and very helpful!
The only minor room for improvement would be the attention to detail regarding organization and housekeeping, just to make the experience completely flawless. For instance, upon arrival, my bed didn't have a fitted bottom sheet. We did find all the necessary linens in the closets, but they were placed somewhat messily inside. Also, the bathroom had large, already-used bottles of shampoo left over from previous guests. It would give a much neater impression if there were either individual travel sizes or mounted wall dispensers. These are just small details, but improving them would greatly elevate the overall experience!

Wonderful stay at this great apartment in Helsinki. It was huge and very comfortable for our group of 3. Really well equipped and lovely and bright. The communication from Anne was incredible - she was so responsive, helpful and accommodating, thank you very much Anne! Great to have a washing machine and an extra toilet, and handy having the lift when we were getting our luggage up and down. Good location - a bit outside of the city centre but a nice walk in or you could jump on the tram or metro which we used a lot, and there were good coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would highly recommend a stay here. It was quite hot so we didn't make use of the sauna, but I imagine it would be wonderful to have in Winter!
My only suggestion would be a few more pillows for the beds - otherwise it was perfect.

maybe the Sauna
it was impossible to sleep without blackout in the summer. In addition, the mattress was not confortable, including the sofa.
