Está a unos 25min andando del centro y hay un paseo agradable para llegar. La entrada sin llaves es muy cómoda pero hay que asegurarse de tener el link a mano y batería en el móvil, no hay llaves. Es amplio y tiene de todo para pasar unos días visitando la ciudad.
Es una casa a la que se le puede sacar más provecho arreglando el aacc y la humedad que hay en la planta sótano, está muy bien decorado y es muy acogedor, tiene un deshumidificador pero se llena rápidamente y hace ruido para dormir. El baño del sótano huele raro y está a muy alta temperatura, da a una salita donde están la caldera y la lavadora, mejor no abrirla para que no pase el olor. Es una pena que pase esto porque podría ser un mejor apartamento.
Si vas en coche hay que dejarlo en las calles de alrededor en zona azul, que cuesta lo mismo que un parking, unos 26€ el día, de 8 a 14.00h. No hay que aparcar en la misma calle porque es de residentes, no está en zona ZTL.

Loved the location and the property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Restaurants and shops close by. Walking distance of museums and train station. Would stay here again.
The air conditioning was not the best and could have been switched on ahead of our visit. I could not find the washing machine anywhere (possible error with the listing).
It would have been nice to have had some dishwasher tablets provided along with coffee pods. We bought sugar and washing up liquid so next guests will have more!
Toiletries provided on the listing but only very small supply of hand soap present.
We were a party of five but needed 5 separate beds ideally … only 3 beds were made up. It would have been nice to have been contacted on how we needed the beds arranged ahead of visit.

Proximité du centre ville et intimité suffisante, grand espace, cour intérieure, appartement rénové. Linge de lit et de bain fourni. Il s'agit d'une cave rénovée mais pas luxueuse.
Modalités d'enregistrement laborieuses, géolocalisation imprécise via application, pas de clés physiques pour ouvrir la porte (sentiment de stress suite à ces procédures inhumaines ). L'appartement est humide et désagréable malgré que les propriétaires osent l'appelation "luxe". Nettoyage insuffisant et douteux. Attention; le système de climatisation est INSUFFISANT et doit être entretenu. Prix excessif au vu des remarques.

Appartamento molto grande
Soggiorno praticamente in strada, porta poco schermata, si vede qualunque luce che passa. In piu aria condizionata non all'altezza, ci sono 3 split e 2 non raffrescano abbastanza
