The resort is beautiful, very modern, our room was big and plenty of space for our stuff which often is lacking at hotel rooms. The beach club and pool area is very nice, the breakfast buffet is very good. The views from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. A nice gym with everything you need, but its very raw, not in line with the rest of the hotel which feels very luxorious.
The hotel is not finished, but it is only the minor details that are missing but it makes it a bit wierd. For example our room didn't have any plastic covers on the light switches, no sign of the room number outside the room so we didn't find it right away. We only got one key to the room as they said its the only one and that we cannot lose it. Then housekeeping had to have us open the room for them to clean or leave the key in the reception which was inconvenient. The bathroom was missing hangers to hang up stuff, we could not even hang up the toilet paper. Pool bar is unfinished and there is a beautiful balcony by the lobby with nothing on it. It would be perfect as a lounge area. We had a private patio but next to it was boxes with constructions material.

The best part was the beach club. The chairs were comfy and service was good there. Gym was great!
1. Breakfast- felt gross, the room was crowded, food was mediocre at best, food didn’t feel fresh at all, items would run out and you would have to ask staff to replenish. I got food poisoning during our stay and wonder if it was from the breakfast. Didn’t feel food safe… felt like items were left out too long/ too many people/not clean
2. Rooms- not fully equipped, ex no where to hang towels in the bathroom, no conditioner, no coffee/tea station in room, no robes, bedside tables were unusually low (not functional) rooms were basic for the price.
3. Staff- shortly after checking in my husband and I showered. A cleaning staff member entered our room without knocking seeing both of us butt naked. Nothing was done about this other than an apology
