The location was very nice in the slope and we had a great view than expected. Balcony is also nice with enough space and chairs to relax. Free access to both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Sauna is a huge plus. Hauzenberg town is withing 10 mins drive which has supermarkets, restaurants etc. We also visited charming town of Passau which is about 30 mins drive. The nearby Fraudensee is walkable from the apartment and a good place to relax. Communication with the owner is pretty good.
The sofa bed which is in the living room could be better as the other room has only a bunker bed.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und fanden es gemütlich warm.
