Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist super. Die Ferienwohnung groß. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war unschlagbar.

Leider war der Check-In nicht optimal. Der Host hat sich bzgl. des Checkins nicht bei uns wie versprochen gemeldet. Es vor Ort, nach Verlangen, hatte der Host mir die Check-In details zukommen lassen. Zudem kam ein Familienmitglied des Host unangekündigt und ohne zu Fragen einfach in die Wohnung. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Leider sehr enttäuschend – vor allem wegen der schlechten Kommunikation, der verspäteten Übergabe und der unzureichenden

Die Wohnung selbst war grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft trotz angekündigter Ankunftszeit noch nicht gereinigt. Nach einer Wartezeit von etwa zwei Stunden war die Reinigung leider weiterhin völlig unzureichend: verschmutztes Bad, Urinflecken auf der Toilette, Haare, geschnittene Zehennägel und Essensreste auf den Böden sowie eine verschmutzte Küche und ein unsauberer Backofen. Um die Wohnung überhaupt nutzen zu können, musste ich Bad und Böden selbst reinigen. Besonders ärgerlich war das, da ich allein mit meinem vierjährigen Kind gereist bin. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr schlecht: Bei der Ankunft war sie zunächst nicht erreichbar, und nachdem ich eine Nachreinigung sowie eine teilweise Erstattung vorgeschlagen hatte, erhielt ich keine weitere Antwort. Erst nachdem ich Booking eingeschaltet hatte, erhielt ich eine unzureichende Erstattung von 15%.

Nagyon jó ár-érték arány. Gyönyörű kilátás. Jó felszereltség az apartmanban és az üdülő központban.

A szállasadóval csak sms-ben tudtam kommunikálni. Az sms-ekben mindent leírt, de kényelmesebb lett volna, ha személyesen (telefonon) meg tudtuk volna beszélni a dolgokat.
