Good location near trains and trams

Die Lage ist super. Man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum gehen. Oder eine kurze Taxifahrt. Die nächste Haltestelle ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Auch Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ein renovierter Altbau. Sympathisch und nett. Recht klein, aber für zwei Leute ideal. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber könnte etwas leistungsfähiger sein. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind oben über eine recht steile, enge Treppe erreichbar. Das Badezimmer liegt unten. Für uns war es in Ordnung. Möglicherweise könnte das den ein oder anderen aber stören. Das Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ist sehr ruhig. das Schlafzimmer nach vorne ist spürbar lauter, obwohl die Straße selbst wenig befahren ist. Aber die australischen Fenster bieten praktisch keinerlei Schallschutz.
Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Wir mussten extra noch mal los, um Ersatz zu besorgen, weil wir damit nicht gerechnet haben. Es geht weniger um die lächerlichen paar Dollar als der Aufwand, der damit verbunden ist. Das ist unangemessen. Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist es recht nervig. Entweder gibt es sehr teure Parkplätze, oder man parkt alle 2 Stunden um, oder man stellt das Auto in circa 1 km Entfernung nach Süden, auf einen der wenigen gratis Parkplätze ab

Out of the way, quite and old world Sydney…in what is now a very cool fashionable area… newly renovated and so much better than a hotel stay… staff prompt and worked perfectly for us..
As it is a two bed apartment and not hotel it’s was actually perfect.

Location was great.
Property was cute but quite cold & a very steep staircase to the bedrooms upstairs. The wee house gets no sun.
